PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED FRIDAY 01/11/13 FOR ONE WEEK FOR INVENTORY AND EMPLOYEE VACATIONS. ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER WE REOPEN.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day and shipped the following business day. Our office is open 10-5 and we are closed on the holidays and weekends. If you place an order at 4pm on Friday it will process the following week.  We are located in Ohio and ship first class with delivery confirmation. If you have to have a guaranteed ship date then you will need to overnight since that is the only guaranteed method the USPS offers.

We do not issue refunds on personalized items unless there was a mistake on our part. We do not issue refunds if you purchase one guitar pick and think you ordered four guitar picks, we try to stress on our site what you are getting with each personalized item. Please read the description before placing an order so that you are sure you are ordering the correct item and the correct quantity.
